Preview status
No traffic analytics, advertising pixels or profiling features have been added. The bonus form is part of this website, not a Brevo iframe. In the preview it accepts real requests only from authorised test addresses; it is not open to readers.
Limit of this check: reviewing a page is not a complete inventory of cookies, identifiers and network requests. The final configuration must be checked on the public domain.
Technical services
Cloudflare hosts the site and protects the form with Turnstile, whose script loads on the bonus page. The preview widget is configured without pre-clearance: it does not require the cf_clearance cookie as part of that feature, but generates a verification token. Cloudflare’s documentation distinguishes this token from optional pre-clearance cookies. The browser loads the required pages, images and fonts. After email confirmation, the site sets a technical “gcj_bonus” session exclusively for bonus access. Its maximum lifetime is seven days; it uses HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax.
Before launch: inspect actual browser identifiers and network requests, including any set by other Cloudflare security layers, with provider, purpose and lifetime. The current widget is associated only with the preview hostname: configure and test the official domain before opening the form to readers.
Bonus form and download
The form is operated by the GCJ Editor website. After submission, Brevo sends a transactional confirmation email; the PDF bonus is downloaded from the website only after confirmation. The optional publishing-updates choice is separate from the technical session and does not authorise non-essential cookies.
Before launch: complete testing on the public site and update this page if additional technologies are found.
External links and choices
Book links to Amazon, once available, will open an external website governed by its own policies. This preview has no cookie-preference panel: it would be misleading to simulate choices that the site cannot apply. Consent to publishing emails is separate from cookie choices and may be withdrawn at any time through the “Unsubscribe” link in each promotional email or by writing to privacy@gcj-editor.com.
Before launch: if non-essential technologies are enabled, define and implement the required consent before using them, and update this notice.
